چکیده
The streamlined exterior shapes of tall buildings are important to reduce the effect wind. Therefore, an examination different techniques for design is required. This study aims analyses some select most in order high wind risks. benchmark used current a building with height 120 m and triangular cross-section side length 20 m. A square twisted as modified model about rotation angle 45° each path. Six configurations this type tested radiuses fillet on their edges, which 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively. All geometries created by SolidWorks, while mesh simulations achieved using ANSYS Fluent. Great agreement obtained between results previous related benchmark. Using can lead reduction drag coefficient 27.5% relative Wind horizontal direction be reduced geometry. But terms separation, large radius avoid early separation air.

air pollution concentration around tall buildings
the concentration of pollutants around tall buildings can be influenced by many factors such as down wind effects, waves, airflow due to free convection of heat transfer, building height etc. the main objective of this research was the investigation of the variation of pollutants concentration at different heights around tall buildings. research was carried out measuring parameters such as co o...
متن کاملAnalysis of Tall Buildings with Bundled Tube System Subjected to Wind and Earthquake loads
At present, the tubular structural systems are mainly used in tall buildings to withstand earthquake loads. Although it is possible to analyse the structure by finite element methods using standard three dimensional programs, the system is generally time-consuming and expensive in the primary design work. In this paper, for the analysis of Framed-Tube systems, a simple method was studied and de...

متن کاملAerodynamic Admittance Function of Tall Buildings
The aerodynamic admittance function (AAF) has been widely invoked to relate wind pressures on building surfaces to the oncoming wind velocity. In current practice, strip and quasi-steady theories are generally employed in formulating wind effects in the along-wind direction. These theories permit the representation of the wind pressures on building surfaces in terms of the oncoming wind velocit...
متن کاملEstimating Fundamental Frequencies of Tall Buildings
Empirical estimates of the fundamental frequency of tall buildings vary inversely with their height, a dependency not exhibited by the various familiar models of beam behavior. This paper examines and explains this apparent discrepancy by analyzing the consequences of using two models to estimate such natural frequencies: A two-beam model that couples the bending of a classical cantilever to th...
